As a glamour amateur photographer, should i buy a complete 300$ photo kit on ebay?

price is 327$ US
I looked at the auction, they are 160ws lights. Not much power through a light box or off a reflector. They should be okay for still shots though. It’s a good price for so much stuff, a good start. You will want a more powerful flash unit, a 400 or 600 would be more useful. Don’t go with incandescent or tungsten lights for glamor, they melt mere humans.
